What can I expect from a training plan?
Our training plans are for anyone looking to improve their fitness level and are progressive in nature, meaning intensity builds as you go to continue challenging your body. Programs vary in length from 4-6 weeks and include 3-6 workouts per week, depending on the plan. Training sessions vary in length from 25-40 minutes.
I’m new to working out. Where should I start?
Our Guide to Bodyweight Training and How to Start Your Fitness Journey are free resources that provide a fundamental understanding of fitness and exercise. For training plans, we recommend starting with Bodyweight 1.0, our most beginner-friendly program. Always consult your doctor with any concerns before beginning a workout program.
What equipment do I need?
Our bodyweight programs don’t require any equipment, but we recommend using a yoga or exercise mat. For any kettlebell training plan, you will need a kettlebell. We recommend starting with a kettlebell in the range of 15lb to 25lb, depending on your fitness level.
How long before I can expect to see results?
This largely depends on whether you’re adhering to a diet that supports your goals and how frequently you work out. If you are following the program consistently and consuming a healthy diet, you’ll likely begin to see and feel results within six weeks. What if I don’t know how to perform an exercise?
We have a video library of standard exercise movements for you to reference if you’re ever unsure of how to perform an exercise. YouTube can also be a helpful resource.
What if I physically can’t do a certain exercise?
