We’ve all heard the saying, you are what you eat.
There’s no arguing with the fact that what you put into your body matters. No one wants to be fast, cheap, easy or fake.
But, how much you eat is also important. Things like quantity, portion control and serving size can have a huge impact on caloric intake. Overdose on how much you’re eating and prepare for some unwanted weight gain.
Trouble is most people underestimate the amount of calories in their food. We also tend to downplay the total number of calories we down in a day.
Weight and See
Weight loss is the result of eating less, moving more or some combination of both. Cutting calories becomes easier when you know how much you eat. Since we’re really, REALLY bad at guesstimating how many calories are in the food we eat, maybe it would be helpful to have a visual.
