If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.

It’s called reframing.

We are passive participants in our own life – we are viewers. The world happens around us and we infer, assume, and worry about things we have no control over; things we have no business worrying about.

We should be actively crafting our story. We should be more like artists who create what they imagine without asking how or why.

Or, maybe we should think of ourselves as photographers.

Don’t view your live through a fixed lens, create a better shot.

Photographers change the lens, adjust the focus, and alter the perspective to achieve their vision.

What does it look like from over here, if I do this?

By reframing our problems, perspectives, and beliefs we can do the same thing; we can craft our life.
