We’re here to help. End of story.

What’s the catch, you say? There isn’t one. We think fitness should be free. We’re going to make it that way.

Fighting an uphill battle

We sensationalize everything. Fitness is no exception. You don’t have to take my word for it. Watch a late night exercise infomercial. Pop into a supplement store. Read a workout magazine. All of those things claim to be healthy, most of them are anything but.

I think it’s a joke. You nod your head. You agree with me. But the jokes on us. We fall for the same sales pitch over and over. We’re the punchline. We’re a sucker. We can’t help ourselves.

Show me the way shirtless Fitness Guru. You have a six-pack. You bounce around like the Energizer Bunny. Here’s my wallet. I will take one of everything you are selling. – [your name here]

It’s sad. It’s true.

I know. Not you. You’ve never fallen for this fake health and fitness crap.

You never bought a juicer and stopped eating actual food. Never bought a workout supplement so you could look like the musclehead in the magazine.

You’ve certainly never tried the paleo diet. Became a vegan on a whim. Gone gluten free.

Never bought a treadmill for your basement, then proceeded to hang clothes on it. Purchased a workout program or e-book from a scammy one-page sales site. Signed up for a gym, and never went. Ordered P90X. Did it for a week. Never again.

Hi, I’m Joe. I’ve been faking fitness.

It’s okay. We’re not here to make fun of you. Nope. We’ve all been there. You’ve been had. Taken advantage of. Me too. It happens to the best of us.

I can’t tell you how much money I’ve spent in the name of fitness. From supplements and subscriptions to exercise programs, equipment and accessories. I was the poster boy for what not to do when you see an ad touting the next best thing in fitness. Marketers and salespeople must love me. I hate myself for being so irresponsible.

Take back control

Look, I get it. This is how the system works. We – the customers – want a quick fix. They – the marketers – have the secret sauce. We are helpless. We are clueless. We need them. Please give us the secret sauce! We’ll do anything.

Please tell me you see how ridiculous this is. How ridiculous we are, you are. No more!

There are no secrets

Everything, including fitness, is simple until you make it complicated. Don’t make it harder than it needs to be. You don’t need a gym membership, a personal trainer, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, some special diet or stacks of supplements to be fit and healthy and sexy.

What you really need is some willpower. You need to educate yourself. Take responsibility for your actions. Move more and eat well. Do it every day.

How can I help you?

There’s no sales pitch. Tell us what we can do to help and we will. That’s it. Knowledge is power. Information is free. Take all of the info you need to educate yourself on this exercise stuff. Then, use it to train yourself forever. That’s what true fitness is all about, figuring fitness out and fitting it into your life.

FREE fitness plans – from bodyweight and kettlebells to weight training and running, we have more workouts than you’ll ever need. And, it’s all FREE.

Information and Inspiration – to make this exercise thing work you have to educate yourself. Then, from time to time you need a kick in the butt; someone to light that fire. We will.

Tools of the trade – If we could just give you equipment we would, honestly. But, this stuff does cost money. That said, we are doing our absolute best to get you the goods you need for less. Free shipping? You bet. We’re going to help you get the right equipment at the right price.
